How to reach us:
From the A1 highway, exit at "Firenze Sud": After the toll turn the first street to the right, direction "Greve-Siena",and then always follow the BLUE signs for "Antella". When you are in "Antella" just follow the WHITE signs for "Misericordia" and from the Square of the Village "Ubaldino Peruzzi" you will see the BROWN signs for "Villa il Colle" b&b. Our street "Via Montisoni 45" begins from the Square of the Village. Villa il Colle is located in the middle of Montisoni's hill, Just 1km from Antella's Square.

USING MAPS AND GPS IT IS FUNDAMENTAL TO INSERT ALSO THE HOUSE NUMBER OF THE STREET (Via Montisoni 45), IN ORDER TO AVOID TRIP ERRORS.

 

Reservation Policy:
Rates are in euro per room per night, in-room cafeteria, taxes and service included.
The "city tax" of 1 Euro per person per night is not included.
It will be added to the total amount of reservation and paid directly at the villa.

Cancellation Policy 2023:
Free cancellation
WITHOUT ADVANCE PAYMENT - Payment during the stay.

Credit cards:
Credit card is required only for guarantying your reservation.
Payment in full is due at the Reception (check-out): we accept cash and major credit card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, CartaSi) and Satispay.

Check in - Check out times:
Check-in: the rooms are available from 1:00 p.m. (if necessary you can leave your luggage at the reception desk).
For arrivals after 8:00p.m. In this case, check-in will be done independently in self-check-in mode. (it is necessary to notify us).
Check-out: the rooms will be vacated at 11.00 a.m.

Cafeteria in the room for your breakfast:
In-room Cafeteria (Espresso, Cappuccino Maker, Kettle for Tea/Long coffee), a basket with jam, some sweets, biscuits and fruits that you can enjoy in room or in the chiostro of the Villa.

Information about beds/rooms:
Double Rooms: double bed or twin beds on request
Triple use Rooms: double bed + single bed, on request 3 single beds.
All accommodations are non-smoking rooms.

Pets:
Even if we are Pets lovers, we can’t accept Pets in our property.

Parking:
Free Parking is always available just in front of the Villa.
Parking is not guardet but we guarantee our guests that the position of the Villa is extremely quiet and safe.

Bus:
Bus 32 from the town of Antella runs every 20 minutes and reaches Florence in about 35 minutes. Since the villa is located in the countryside, on a hill, at 1.2km from the town of Antella, we still recommend having a car to reach the bus stop and the town's services like restaurants, shops, supermarket.
